Akron, OH – Located at 1990 Buchholzer Blvd, True storage completed its 23rd Class A self-storage facility in Akron, OH earlier this month. The conversion project showcases True Storage’s expertise in transforming underutilized properties into state-of-the-art storage facilities that serve a public need. Day-to-day operations will be managed by CubeSmart, while True Storage retains ownership of the property.
This conversion project features 74,833 rentable square feet throughout 822 units of varying sizes, all of which are climate controlled. This site was originally a Dick’s Sporting goods store, and most recently was a former MAAK Furniture store.
