This build was over 100,000sf and features a variety of 100% Climate Controlled storage solutions. The property will be run and managed by CubeSmart, while True Storage remains ownership of the facility

This completion marks the company’s 40th portfolio completion. This site will feature flexible hours, 24-hour interior and exterior video surveillance, security access to the unit, an assortment of unit sizes, covered loading bay, and high-end finishes throughout the facility.
