Located at 2406 Cranberry Hwy in Wareham this 2-story ground-up build features nearly 60,000sf of 100% Climate Controlled storage solutions. The property will be run and managed by CubeSmart, while True Storage remains ownership of the facility.

The town and local officials were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire building process.” 

This completion marks the company’s 8th completed ground-up build and the 39th portfolio completion. South Bend, IN – National self-storage developer, True Storage delivered their largest retail to self-storage conversion to date in Early November. Located at 3701 Portage Rd in South Bend, IN, the developer purchased the former Super Walmart Building and completed the self-storage conversion in under 5 months.

 This completion marks True Storages 37^th completed development and the 12^th completion in 2024. The Walmart conversion is the developers second project in Indiana and 2^nd Walmart conversion. Day-to-day operations will be managed by CubeSmart, while True Storage retains ownership of the property.

The property features over 200,000 square feet and 1,600+ climate-controlled units of varying sizes to accommodate storage needs for local businesses and individuals. Located on heavily trafficked Portage Rd, the location is ideally located next to several neighborhoods, businesses and restaurants.

Located at The Mall at Greece Ridge, operations will be managed by CubeSmart while True Storage retains ownership of the property. The facility occupies a former Sears location, which closed in 2018, making this True Storage’s first Sears conversion.

Hooksett, NH – New England dominant self-storage developer, True Storage completed its 10^th completion of the year this past week with the opening of its newest CubeSmart conversion. The project is a conversion of a former Kmart that had been vacant for over a decade. The property is located at 1267 Hooksett Rd in Hooksett New Hampshire and is the anchor box in the L shaped shopping plaza, which True storage also owns and is making improvements to.

This Class A self-storage conversion features True Storage’s expertise in transforming underutilized properties into state-of-the-art storage facilities that serve a public need. Day-to-day operations will be managed by CubeSmart, while True Storage retains ownership of the property.

The property was purchased by the self-storage developer in 2022 with the vision of a self-storage conversion in the vacant Kmart Box. Hooksett Rd is a very well-traveled Corridor close to the developer’s main office which made the project even more exciting. The building features 95,000 sf of climate-controlled Cass A self-storage space with a variety of exterior drive-up units as well.
