Located at 3701 Portage Rd in South Bend, IN, the developer purchased the former Super Walmart Building and completed the self-storage conversion in under 5 months.

 This completion marks True Storages 37^th completed development and the 12^th completion in 2024. The Walmart conversion is the developers second project in Indiana and 2^nd Walmart conversion. Day-to-day operations will be managed by CubeSmart, while True Storage retains ownership of the property.

The property features over 200,000 square feet and 1,600+ climate-controlled units of varying sizes to accommodate storage needs for local businesses and individuals. Located on heavily trafficked Portage Rd, the location is ideally located next to several neighborhoods, businesses and restaurants.
