Woonsocket, RI – True Storage completed its second ground up development located in Rhode Island on March 15^th. Located at 777 Providence St in Woonsocket, RI this completion marks the company’s 7^th completed state of the art ground up self-storage build. The design build self-storage developer bought the acreage on Providence St in 2021 and received their final certificate of occupancy in mid-March. The property the facility was build on was formerly the city of Woonsocket’s Gaston A. Ayotte Jr. Baseball Field.

The building features 3 stories of complete climate controlled self-storage, spanning over 65,000 rentable sf. The building was designed and built by True Storages in house Architecture and construction teams in coordination with various local subcontractors. Located at the intersection of Providence St and Smithfield Rd in Woonsocket, the building is surrounded by various retailers and residential neighborhoods. This site will feature, 24-hour interior and exterior video surveillance, secure security access to the unit and building, an assortment of unit sizes, covered loading bay, and high-end finishes throughout the facility.
