This completion marks the companies first ground up completion in 2024, and their second multi-story new build in Massachusetts. The design build self-storage developer bought the acreage on Boston Rd in 2022 and completed the 2 story build earlier this month.

This Class A self-storage ground up features True Storage’s expertise in development of state-of-the-art storage facilities that serve a public need. Day-to-day operations will be managed by Extra Space Storage, while True Storage retains ownership of the property.

The property features 65,403 net rentable square feet throughout 671 climate-controlled units of varying sizes to accommodate storage needs for local businesses and individuals. Located on Boston Road (US Route 20) the site is located next to Dunkin Donuts, Big Y Supermarket, The Home Depot, and various restaurants. The property lies about five miles outside of Springfield, MA and less than ten miles to the Connecticut boarder.
