Manchester, NH – True Storage opened its seventh Class A self-storage facility in Warwick, RI in early February. Located at 1280 Jefferson Boulevard, this will be the fourth facility in the True Storage portfolio managed by CubeSmart.

This newly renovated 60,000 SF facility was once the home of Interplex, the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of customized connectors, high-precision and mechanical solution providers focused on key megatrends around Decarbonization of Transportation, Future Mobility, Increased Longevity and Digitalization. True Storage obtained the property in September 2021, when the former tenant relocated within the state.

True Storage converted the single-story building into a state-of-the-art self-storage facility with 455 climate-controlled units.

CubeSmart customers will not only find that this location has convenient freeway access, close to 95, 295 and Route 1, but also close to T.F. Green International Airport, flexible hours, 24-hour interior and exterior video surveillance, security access to the unit, a variety of unit sizes, covered loading bay, and high-end finishes throughout the facility.
