Located at 5350 Davison Rd in Burton, MI the developer transformed the former antiques mall and Harley Davidson dealership into a state-of-the-art Class-A climate controlled self-storage facility. Day-to-day operations will be managed by Extra Space Storage, while True Storage retains ownership of the property.

True storage acquired the property in 2023 and quickly began construction after receiving approvals from the town of Burton. Known for converting retail and commercial spaces into self-storage the developer has also completed projects in Flint, MI and Monroe, MI. The company also currently owns and is under construction on properties in Canton, MI and Ann Arbor, MI.

The property features 42,000+ net rentable square feet throughout 475+ climate-controlled units of varying sizes to accommodate storage needs for local businesses and individuals. Located on heavily trafficked Davison Rd, the location is ideally located next to several neighborhoods, businesses and restaurants.

This site will feature flexible hours, 24-hour interior and exterior video surveillance, security access to the unit, an assortment of unit sizes, covered loading bay, and high-end finishes throughout the facility.
