Since inception in 2019 we have completed 24 sites — five ground-up and 19 conversions — across 15 states. The 24 completed sites account for 1,592,204 net rentable SF of industry leading storage space comprised of 15,595 units. Our construction pipeline includes 20 projects, and is projected to deliver 1,433,629 net rentable SF once completed. 

Our current active portfolio, as of December 2023, consists of more than 3 million net rentable SF, and nearly 32,000 units. Rapid growth over the last five years has put True Storage on the map as the 87th largest storage owner in the United States according to ISS.
